Governance & Rules


 

White Manor is governed by a set of by-laws, which may be amended from time-to-time by the membership.

 
A Board of Directors exists to operate the Club consistent with the by-laws, its rules, and member needs. Officers serve to ensure alignment of operations with Club policies and rules. The Club employs a General Manager, who is in charge of all operations.
 
White Manor Country Club is a non-profit organization.
