Our Golf Professionals


 
 Marc Levine, PGA Golf Professional grew up in Marlboro NJ where he was an honorable mention all state golfer his senior year at Marlboro High School. He played three years of varsity golf for the University of Delaware and entered the PGA Program while an assistant professional at Wilmington Country Club in Wilmington, Delaware. Marc is a Class A PGA Professional who graduated from the PGA Golf Professional Training Program in the fall of 1999.

Marc spent 3 seasons at Wilmington Country Club and then moved on to Bidermann Golf Club, also in Wilmington. During this time, Marc worked the winter months at the Everglades Club in Palm Beach, Florida. Following his stint at Bidermann, Marc moved to Acacia Country Club in Cleveland, Ohio. From Acacia, Marc moved to White Manor Country Club first as the assistant professional for five seasons and as the Head PGA Professional since 2001.
 
Marc served on the board of the Philadelphia Assistants Organization as the Secretary and then President. He has also served on several committees for the Philadelphia Section PGA. He is an accomplished teacher having studied under such instructors as David Leadbetter, Jim McClean and Peter Kostis.

Marc resides in West Chester with his wife Ciara and their children Anna, Maura and Nathan. 
 
John Dunigan, PGA Teaching Professional is a PGA Master Professional with a passion for teaching golf. He began is teaching career at the age of 16, when he first began teaching tennis in Albany, New York. He taught tennis until 1990 when he decided to switch careers to golf, taking a job as an assistant professional in Florida. In 1993 he moved to Pennsylvania to take a job at Hartefeld National as a full time golf instructor and has been in the area ever since.

John knows from personal experience how to learn, practice and perform at a very high level, and he knows how to do it quickly and efficiently. His playing career initiated a lifelong quest to learn as much as possible about how to, "teach the whole golfer, not just the golf swing." His tireless study of sports psychology, the art of coaching, motor skill development, and the development of expertise has resulted in a coaching method that has proven very successful with golfers of all levels. John serves as both a coach and a model to his students, constantly demonstrating the passion, dedication and commitment that are required to excel and continue to improve at his craft. Dennis Poiesz, Assistant Professional has been in the golf business for 8 years. A graduate of Neumann College with a degree
in
Sports Management, Dennis played on the golf team and was PAC player of the year in 2001. He has worked at White Manor as an Assistant Golf Professional for 5 years.

The part of the golf business Dennis likes most is having the opportunity to teach players the fundamentals of the golf swing and help them understand the sport. Dennis resides in Delaware County with his wife, Heather and their four children Maggie, Chase, Connor and Charlotte. 
 
 John Honeywell, Head Caddie Master has worked in business and golf for several years, both here and Myrtle Beach. At Wild Wing Plantation, home to four golf courses, John became supervisor of outside operations at the Woodstock Course. After spending four years in Myrtle Beach, he returned to Philadelphia, and served four years at Commonwealth National Golf Club as the Assistant Caddie Master.

John then moved to Waynesborough Country Club, where he was Head Caddie Master for the next 9 years. White Manor is thrilled to have John managing our bag room, carts and caddies program.
 John resides in Exton with his wife Kelly.


Our professionals arrange and manage tournaments. They help members with outings, trips, vacations, and reciprocal play at other clubs. They advise on equipment from drives to gloves, offer free expert club fitting, and help members find just the right gifts for family and friends. Our professionals are there to help club members and their guests enjoy golf and the game of golf.
