The Junior Golf Academy

Do you want to compete successfully in junior golf tournaments?  Are you ready to take your game to the next level and beyond?  Do you want to play college golf?  Do you want to see how far you can go in golf? If you have answered yes to any of these questions, then this program is for you!

The Junior Golf Academy is open to both White Manor Members, and non-members. The program is modeled after some of the most successful junior sports development programs in the world. We don't just practice: We train deliberately for improved performance. Our programs rival the best boarding academies in the south, but the kids don't have to leave home and our program does not cost $35,000 a year!

Our program has been designed using the latest research in the world regarding the development of expertise. We believe that the culture in which juniors are brought up, the way they are coached, trained, motivated, and encouraged; their self-discipline, mental discipline, and self-belief can be developed through their experience in our golf program.

We use a cycle of analysis, testing, training, competing and recovery to constantly stretch our juniors' skills in precisely the same deliberate way that the elite performers in every domain have done. We go far beyond the typical practice routines and make them exceptional learning and development opportunities. We are committed to residing at the cutting edge of the development of expert performers!
