Our golf professionals arrange and manage tournaments as well as help members with outings, trips and reciprocal play at other clubs. They advise on equipment from drives to gloves, offer complimentary expert club fitting, and help members find just the right gifts for family and friends. Most importantly, they are there to help club members and their guests enjoy their experience here at White Manor as well as the game of golf.

Jeff Massa

Head Golf Professional

Jeff grew up in Upstate New York and attended college at Florida State University. He loves sports and played all sports growing up. Still an avid "sports watcher" he is always happy to talk about sports! Jeff is a proud Member of the PGA and has worked at all levels of golf course operations in Southern California and in New York.

He is working to improve as a player and as a golf instructor so please reach out to schedule a lesson or if you're looking to play. Jeff is excited to join the staff at White Manor Country Club and is looking forward to having the opportunity to continue to learn and be a part of a club with such a great reputation. Grant Griffiths

1st Assistant Golf Professional

An accomplished coach, leadership speaker and junior golf specialist, Grant Griffiths is known for his commitment and unique approach to teaching the game of golf. Grant was introduced to the game of golf by his father at a young age, while great uncle Bobby Locke, winner of four Open Championships created the inspiration to continue playing with the goal of becoming a professional golfer.

Grant grew up in South Africa and moved to Philadelphia over 13 years ago, where he met his wife, a Professional Opera Singer who also has a Bachelor of Science in business administration. In April 2019, Grant and his wife became proud United States Citizens, and together look forward to a bright future.


Since 2004, Grant’s previous positions include 10 years as Director of Golf for Julian Krinsky Camps, leading a team of 20+ professionals and teaching several hundred junior golfers each summer that traveled from 35 states and 30 countries. Grant also served as Director of Golf at Play-a-Round Golf Malvern, Director of Instruction at Play-a-Round Golf Ardmore, and most recently Global Golf Director for Team Concepts Inc., a leadership development company that offers experiential training programs to Fortune 500 companies and top business schools in America.

Grant is currently the Varsity Head Golf Coach for the Baldwin School, a qualified EGTF Master Teacher, USGTF Master Teacher, Computer Science Engineer, certified in Organizational Leadership from Villanova University and in the process of completing his PGA 3.0 Program for full membership.

Grant’s understanding of technology and best practices in learning and skill development make the road to achievement both simple and doable for every golfer. Grant is very much looking forward to serving the members at White Manor Country Club and developing world-class junior programs with Head Golf Professional Jeff Massa.

Wes Calederone

Assistant Golf Professional

Wesley is a local guy; born in Philadelphia and, since age 11, lived in Newtown Square. He attended LaSalle College High School, and received his BA in Communications from Elon University in 2011.

Golf has played an integral part in Wesley’s life; he started caddying when he was 11 and has been hooked on the game ever since. He started in the golf business as a club fitter at Golf Galaxy, which is where his passion for equipment evolved. Now a self-proclaimed ‘golf nerd’, Wesley is very active in club-fitting and club-making.

John Dunigan, PGA

PGA Teaching Professional

John is a PGA Master Professional with a passion for teaching golf. He began is teaching career at the age of 16, when he first began teaching tennis in Albany, New York. He taught tennis until 1990 when he decided to switch careers to golf, taking a job as an assistant professional in Florida. In 1993 he moved to Pennsylvania to take a job at Hartefeld National as a full time golf instructor and has been in the area ever since.

John knows from personal experience how to learn, practice and perform at a very high level, and he knows how to do it quickly and efficiently. His playing career initiated a lifelong quest to learn as much as possible about how to, "teach the whole golfer, not just the golf swing." His tireless study of sports psychology, the art of coaching, motor skill development, and the development of expertise has resulted in a coaching method that has proven very successful with golfers of all levels. John serves as both a coach and a model to his students, constantly demonstrating the passion, dedication and commitment that are required to excel and continue to improve at his craft.

Nick Falteich

Director of Outside Operations

Nick started working at White Manor as a caddie at the age of 13. Born in Easton, PA, he is a graduate of Open Connections, a homeschooling resource center located in Delaware County. He enjoys working with club employees and members at White Manor and is committed to facilitating the best golf experience he can provide
