Rebecca Brooks, Catering Sales Manager

For more than ten years Rebecca has worked in all aspects of corporate event planning to include national sales meetings, trade shows and formal dinners. After spending three years planning fundraisers for non-profit organizations she accepted a position as the Sales Director at the Farmhouse Restaurant at Loch Nairn Golf Club in Avondale, Pennsylvania. Throughout her seven years there, she planned more than two hundred weddings along with hundreds of other elegant events.

For the past four years Rebecca was at Whitford Country Club in Exton. During her time there she came to love the private club environment for its diversity. Getting to know the members and their families, helping them plan their special events, working with committees to plan new and fun club events and promoting the club to prospective members made each day interesting.

Rebecca has two sons and live in Exton. She is excited to be part of the team at White Manor and is looking forward to getting to know all of the members better.

Pete Kovac, Food & Beverage Director

Pete Kovac, Food & Beverage Director
Pete Kovac is originally from West Chicago, IL. He graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences degree. Pete began his career in Food & Beverage at St. Andrews Golf & Country Club in his hometown and was there for nearly 25 years. Most recently, he spent four years at Brookstone Country Club in Acworth, GA as their Director of Food & Beverage and Assistant General Manager.

Pete is a big Chicago Cubs fan and 2016 could not have been any sweeter! He has studied Improv at Second City and IO in Chicago and has been fortunate enough to perform at both places. He is the youngest of seven and enjoys spending time with his family and friends whenever possible.

John Zeggert, Executive Chef

Chef John is originally from Seattle, WA and has come to White Manor after having spent the past two years helming the kitchen of Lochland Country Club in Hastings, NE. He previously spent almost 20 years in the Philadelphia area working at hotels, colleges, restaurants & private clubs.

In his spare time, John is a photographer, sculptor & painter and will soon begin working with Disney as a fine artist.
