Rebecca Brooks, Catering Sales Manager

For more than ten years Rebecca has worked in all aspects of corporate event planning to include national sales meetings, trade shows and formal dinners. After spending three years planning fundraisers for non-profit organizations she accepted a position as the Sales Director at the Farmhouse Restaurant at Loch Nairn Golf Club in Avondale, Pennsylvania. Throughout her seven years there, she planned more than two hundred weddings along with hundreds of other elegant events.

For the past four years Rebecca was at Whitford Country Club in Exton. During her time there she came to love the private club environment for its diversity. Getting to know the members and their families, helping them plan their special events, working with committees to plan new and fun club events and promoting the club to prospective members made each day interesting.

Rebecca has two sons and live in Exton. She is excited to be part of the team at White Manor and is looking forward to getting to know all of the members better.

Dwayne Burton, Executive Chef

Dwayne Burton was born and raised in Philadelphia where he attended the Murrell Dobbins Vocational Tech High School. He studied Restaurant Management at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and continued on to study Food Marketing at Saint Joseph University’s Haub School of Business.

Dwayne brings to White Manor over 20 years of culinary experience. He previously held the position of Training Executive Chef for Sullivan’s Steakhouse. Throughout his culinary career Dwayne has also worked at Buca Di Beppo, Reef Caribbean Nightclub, City Taphouse, University of Penn and Kimpton Hotels. In April 2017 Wayne joined the Concert Golf team as the Executive Chef at Philmont Country Club. He is excited to now be a part of the White Manor family. When not in the kitchen, Dwayne enjoys spending time with his children and working on cars.

Michael Butler, Clubhouse Manager

Michael is a seasoned hospitality professional of nearly thirty years. He attended Indiana University of PA where he received his B.S. in Business Administration. He began his career in the hotel industry and later transitioned into the club industry. Michael has managed Chester Valley Golf Club, St. David’s Golf Club and most recently the ACE Golf Club.

Michael resides in Wayne and enjoys spending time with his family including his daughters and two grandchildren.
