Rebecca Brooks, Catering Sales Manager

For more than ten years Rebecca has worked in all aspects of corporate event planning to include national sales meetings, trade shows and formal dinners. After spending three years planning fundraisers for non-profit organizations she accepted a position as the Sales Director at the Farmhouse Restaurant at Loch Nairn Golf Club in Avondale, Pennsylvania. Throughout her seven years there, she planned more than two hundred weddings along with hundreds of other elegant events.

For the past four years Rebecca was at Whitford Country Club in Exton. During her time there she came to love the private club environment for its diversity. Getting to know the members and their families, helping them plan their special events, working with committees to plan new and fun club events and promoting the club to prospective members made each day interesting.

Rebecca has two sons and live in Exton. She is excited to be part of the team at White Manor and is looking forward to getting to know all of the members better.

Michael Butler, Clubhouse Manager

Michael is a seasoned hospitality professional of nearly thirty years. He attended Indiana University of PA where he received his B.S. in Business Administration. He began his career in the hotel industry and later transitioned into the club industry. Michael has managed Chester Valley Golf Club, St. David’s Golf Club and most recently the ACE Golf Club.

Michael resides in Wayne and enjoys spending time with his family including his daughters and two grandchildren.

Hillary Jenney, Food & Beverage Manager

Growing up in Charlestown, Pennsylvania Hillary quickly realized her passion for the hospitality industry. She had worked in numerous restaurants, in numerous positions before finding White Manor.

Joining White Manor in August of 2015, Hillary quickly grew to love the environment and the relationships created with the membership. In February 2017 she was promoted to head server, a responsibility that was challenging and highly enjoyable. In July of 2017 she was promoted to Food and Beverage Manager.

When Hillary is away from White Manor, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Jake, knitting, and spending time with her two dogs, Brady and Sadie.

Norris Waters, Executive Chef

Norris first became a member of the White Manor family in 2006 as a line cook. He quickly moved up through the ranks to Sous Chef, and after a brief time away from the club in 2010, he returned as the Executive Sous Chef. He continues to build a successful career here at White Manor and as of June of 2016 was promoted to Executive Chef.

Born and raised in Riverside, California Norris realized his passion for culinary arts. He moved on to Providence, Rhode Island and studied and graduated from Johnson & Wales University earning his Bachelors of Science degree in Culinary Arts. Moving to Pennsylvania after graduation and working at different restaurants throughout Chester County, he quickly found his way into the White Manor family.

Norris has a passion for using local and fresh ingredients and enjoys constantly changing the menu, not only to keep the members excited to come back but to also keep his team of culinary masterminds ready for anything.

When not in the kitchen at White Manor, Norris enjoys camping, working on his cars. Most of all he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Julie their two beautiful daughters Olivia and Annabelle.
