White Manor listens to its members and focuses its dining program on menus that are seasonal and reflect local seasonal ingredients when possible.
Our menu items offer attractive healthy choices for children and adults. We specialize in simple preparations so that many dishes are light, health conscious and seasonal.
Most of our menu items have no Trans Fats, are low sodium and use little sugar. Ingredients are fresh, wholesome, organic when possible and rely on locally-grown produce.
Soups are homemade -- every day. Vegetable snacks and side dishes are offered as alternatives. We stock Bell & Evans poultry, absolutely fresh daily fish and seafood, and USDA Prime meats. And desserts are baked locally; cookies are homemade.
